1. Playing our games

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and play our games on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.

The store you download a game from, such as Google Play, applies its own terms too, which you accept when you install.

2. Age

Our games are not directed at children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, please read these terms with a parent or guardian.

3. Free to play, with ads

Our games are free and are supported by ads from Google AdMob. Some extras, such as more hints, an extra tube, a spare bay or optional themes, can be unlocked by choosing to watch a video ad; watching is always your choice.

The content of ads comes from Google and its partners, not from us. Please do not interfere with ads or create fake ad views or clicks.

4. In-game items

Hints, undos, coins, stars, gems, treats, streaks and anything else you earn in a game exist only inside that game. They have no monetary value and cannot be sold or exchanged for money. We may change how they are earned or used, for example to balance the puzzles.

Our games currently offer no in-app purchases.

5. Your progress

Your progress is stored only on your device. It is lost if you uninstall the game, clear its data or change device, and we are not able to restore it.

6. Fair play

Please do not:

• copy, modify, decompile or reverse-engineer our games, except where the law allows it;
• use cheats, bots or modified versions of our games;
• use our games for anything unlawful; or
• try to disrupt our games, this website or the services of our partners.

7. Our content

The games, their names and logos, their levels, art, sound and music, and the content of this website belong to Beladiya Technologies or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws.

The Nunito typeface is used under the SIL Open Font Licence. Google Play is a trademark of Google LLC.

8. Services from other companies

Our games use services from Google: AdMob for ads, Firebase for game settings, gameplay statistics and crash reports, and Google Play’s own rating window. Your use of them is also subject to Google’s terms and privacy policy. Our privacy policy explains what information they receive.

9. Changes to our games

We may update, change or stop offering a game or a feature at any time, for example to fix bugs, balance the puzzles or follow store rules. An update may be needed to keep playing.

10. No warranty

We work hard to make our games fair and free of bugs, but they are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Beladiya Technologies is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost game progress, arising from your use of our games or this website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

12. Your rights under consumer law

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived or limited by a contract.

13. Ending these terms

You can stop using our games at any time by uninstalling them. We may end your licence if you break these terms. The sections on our content, no warranty and limitation of liability continue to apply after these terms end.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are handled by the courts of Surat, unless the consumer law where you live gives you the right to bring proceedings there.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. If you keep playing after an update, the new terms apply.
