Privacy policy

Beladiya Technologies · Effective 25 October 2026

This policy covers beladiya.com and the games published by Beladiya Technologies (“we”, “us”). The section for each game has the same wording as that game’s own privacy page, linked from its section.

At a glance

  • Your game progress stays on your device. There are no accounts.
  • Our games are free and show ads from Google AdMob. Where the law requires it, you are asked for consent first, and you can change your choice in the game’s settings.
  • Gameplay statistics, such as levels started and finished, go to Google Analytics for Firebase to help us tune the puzzles, and Cat Puzzle also sends crash reports to Firebase Crashlytics. None of it is used for ads. Each game’s section below says exactly what it sends, and when.
  • This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising.

This website

beladiya.com is a plain website. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising, and loads nothing from other companies’ servers: its fonts and images are served from this site.

Like every website, it is delivered by a hosting provider, whose servers process technical information such as your IP address, your browser type and the address of the page you asked for, in order to deliver the page and keep the service secure. We do not use this information to identify you.

Links to Google Play and other sites take you to services with their own privacy policies.

If you email us

If you write to us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you, and keep them only as long as the conversation needs.

Dartlark

Dartlark’s own privacy page

Last updated: 23 October 2026. Publisher: Beladiya Technologies.

What stays on your device

Your level progress, stars, hints, streak and settings are stored only on your device. There is no account, and we do not upload anything you do in the game. Uninstalling the app deletes this data.

Advertising

Dartlark is free and shows ads from Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, AdMob may collect your device's advertising identifier, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and diagnostic and interaction data about the ads. Where the law requires it (for example in the EEA, the UK and some US states) you are asked for consent before personalised ads are shown, and you can change your choice at any time from Settings → Ad privacy choices in the game. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings. See how Google uses data in ads.

Game configuration

Game settings such as how often ads appear are delivered by Firebase Remote Config, which receives an app instance identifier to do so. See Firebase privacy.

Our other games

The game can show a list of our other games, which arrives with those settings. Their pictures load from the web address in that list, which sees your IP address as any web page does. Tapping a game opens its store page. Nothing else about you is sent.

Gameplay analytics

To find levels that are too hard or too easy, the game sends Google Analytics for Firebase gameplay events: levels started, won and lost, stars, crashes, time taken, hints used, continues, and whether a reward video was watched. These come with an app instance identifier, basic device and app information, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. They contain no name, account or advertising identifier, and are never used to personalise ads. In the EEA and the UK they are sent only if you agree, in the consent form, to information being stored on your device; you can change that at any time from Settings → Ad privacy choices. See how Google Analytics safeguards data.

Ratings

After some good wins the game may ask Google Play or the App Store to show its own rating dialog. Your rating goes straight to the store; the game never sees it.

Children

Dartlark is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Ring Spike

Ring Spike’s own privacy page

Beladiya Technologies · Effective 24 October 2026

This policy explains what the Ring Spike game (Android package com.beladiyatechnologies.ringspike) does with information about you. The short version: your game stays on your phone, ads come from Google AdMob, and a few gameplay statistics help us tune the puzzles.

What stays on your phone

Your levels, stars, gems, helpers and settings are saved on this device only. There is no account, and your progress is never uploaded. Uninstalling the game deletes it.

Ads

The game is free and shows ads from Google AdMob. Before any ad is requested you are asked for consent where the law requires it (for example in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), and you can change your choice at any time under Settings, Ad privacy choices.

To show and measure ads, AdMob may collect and use:

  • your device's advertising ID,
  • your approximate location, estimated from your IP address,
  • how you interact with ads, and
  • diagnostic data such as crashes and performance of the ads SDK.

You can reset or delete the advertising ID in your phone's settings. Videos are always your choice: a button tells you what you get before anything plays. See how Google uses information from apps that use its services.

Gameplay statistics

The game sends gameplay events to Google Analytics for Firebase, for example "level started" and "level finished" with the level number, the time taken and the helpers used. They help us tune the puzzles.

They carry a random app instance ID, never your name, an account or your advertising ID, and they are not used for ads. Google may estimate your approximate region from your IP address. In the EEA and the UK nothing is sent unless you consent to information being stored on your device.

Game settings from our server

The game fetches small configuration values (such as how often ads appear) from Firebase Remote Config, which identifies the installation by a random app instance ID. Nothing else about you is sent.

Our other games

The game can show a list of our other games, which arrives with those settings. Their pictures load from the web address in that list, which sees your IP address as any web page does. Tapping a game opens its store page. Nothing else about you is sent.

Ratings

After you have solved a few levels, the game may occasionally show Google Play's own rating window. Your rating goes straight to Google Play; the game never learns what you chose.

Sharing and security

We do not sell information about you. Data sent to Google's services travels encrypted (HTTPS) and is handled under Google's privacy policy. Because there is no account, there is nothing for us to delete on request; your progress never leaves your phone.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If the game starts handling information differently, this page will be updated before that version is released, with a new effective date.

Cat Puzzle

Cat Puzzle’s own privacy page

Last updated: 25 October 2026. Publisher: Beladiya Technologies. App id: com.beladiyatechnologies.catpuzzle.

What stays on your device

Your level progress, stars, treats, streak, daily missions and settings are stored only on your device. There is no account, and we do not upload anything you do in the game. Uninstalling the app deletes this data. There are no in-app purchases.

Advertising

Cat Puzzle is free and shows ads from Google AdMob: banners, occasional full-screen ads between puzzles, and optional videos you choose to watch for a reward. To show and measure ads, AdMob may collect your device's advertising identifier, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and diagnostic and interaction data about the ads. Where the law requires it (for example in the EEA, the UK and some US states) you are asked for consent before personalised ads are shown, and you can change your choice at any time from the ad privacy option in the game's settings. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings. See how Google uses data in ads.

Game configuration

Game settings such as difficulty, rewards and how often ads appear are delivered by Firebase Remote Config, which receives an app instance identifier to do so. See Firebase privacy.

Our other games

The game can show a list of our other games, which arrives with those settings. Their pictures load from the web address in that list, which sees your IP address as any web page does. Tapping a game opens its store page. Nothing else about you is sent.

Gameplay analytics and crash reports

To find puzzles that are too hard or too easy and to fix faults, the game sends Google Analytics for Firebase gameplay events (puzzles started, solved and abandoned, stars, time taken, hints used and how they were paid for, whether a reward video was watched, whether you shared a Daily result, and which of our other games were shown or tapped) and Firebase Crashlytics crash reports (the error, the device model and the operating system version). These come with an app instance identifier, basic device and app information, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. They contain no name, account or advertising identifier, and are never used to personalise ads. See how Google Analytics safeguards data.

Sharing a result

If you tap Share after a Daily puzzle, the game hands a short message and a picture (your time, stars, hints and streak) to the app you pick from your device's share menu. That app sends it, under its own privacy terms; the game sends nothing to us and never shares on its own.

Daily reminder

If you turn on the daily puzzle reminder, the game schedules one notification a day on your device at the time you choose. It is created on the device itself; nothing is sent to us. You can turn it off in the game's settings or your device's notification settings at any time.

Ratings

After some good wins the game may ask Google Play or the App Store to show its own rating dialog. Your rating goes straight to the store; the game never sees it.

Children

Cat Puzzle is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Ball Sort

Ball Sort’s own privacy page

Last updated: October 26, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Ball Sort Puzzle ("we," "us," or "our," operated by Beladiya Technologies) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile game application ("the App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

The App does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to play. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or other identifying information directly.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically by Third-Party Services

When you use the App, our third-party service providers (described in Section 3) may automatically collect limited information to deliver their services:

  • Device Information: Device model, operating system, OS version, language, and screen size
  • Advertising Identifiers: Google Advertising ID (Android) or Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA on iOS), which can be reset by you at any time in your device settings
  • IP Address and General Location: Used by ad networks to determine approximate region (country level) for ad delivery
  • Ad Interaction Data: Whether ads were viewed, clicked, or dismissed — used for frequency capping and measurement
  • Gameplay Events: Which levels are started, finished or left, with stars, moves, hints, undos and ads watched, sent with an app instance identifier (see Section 3.3)

We (Beladiya Technologies) do not operate any server, do not maintain user accounts, and do not receive or store this data ourselves. It is processed by the third-party services described below.

1.3 Information Stored Locally on Your Device

The App stores the following information locally on your device using shared preferences (not transmitted to us or anyone else):

  • Game progress and level completion status
  • Star ratings
  • User preferences (sound, music, haptics, theme)
  • Number of available hints and undos
  • Notification preferences

This data stays on your device and is removed if you uninstall the App or clear its data.

2. How We Use Your Information

Information is used solely to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the App
  • Save your game progress and preferences on your device
  • Display advertisements (subject to your consent in applicable regions)
  • Remotely configure ad behaviour, the review prompt and the list of our other games via Firebase Remote Config
  • See which levels are too hard or too easy, through gameplay analytics (Section 3.3)
  • Send optional on-device reminder notifications if you enable them

We do not sell your personal information. We do not build user profiles, do not use gameplay analytics for advertising, and do not track you across other apps.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services. Each operates under its own privacy policy:

3.1 Google AdMob (Advertising)

We use Google AdMob to display ads in the following formats: banner, interstitial, rewarded video, and app-open ads. Ads are disabled by default and enabled remotely (see Section 3.2). AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP address, and ad interaction data for ad delivery, frequency capping, and measurement.

Learn more: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services | Google AdMob Privacy

3.2 Firebase Remote Config

We use Firebase Remote Config to change some settings without an app update: which ad formats are on, how often the review prompt may appear, and the list of our other games. Google may process device and instance identifiers to deliver configuration values. No user profiling is performed through this service.

Learn more: Firebase Privacy

3.3 Gameplay Analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase)

To see which levels are too hard or too easy, the App sends Google Analytics for Firebase gameplay events (levels started, finished or left, stars, moves, hints, undos, ads watched, and taps on our other games) with an app instance identifier and an approximate location derived from your IP address. No advertising identifier is collected, and this data is never used for advertising. In the EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland this only happens if you agree to storing information on your device in the consent form (Section 3.4). Analytics is off in development builds and on Google's automated test devices.

3.4 Google UMP (Consent Management)

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the App uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to present a consent form before any ad is loaded or any analytics is sent. This form lets you choose whether to allow personalised ads, non-personalised ads, or no ads, and whether information may be stored on your device. You can change your choices at any time via Settings → Ad Privacy Options in the App.

3.5 Google Play In-App Review

The App may ask Google Play to show its rating card after a well-played level. This is handled entirely by the Play Store, which decides whether the card appears. No personal data is shared with us through this process.

3.6 Our Other Games

The App may show a list of our other games. Tapping one opens its page in the Google Play Store app. If the list includes pictures, your device downloads them from the address given; no information about you is sent with that request beyond what any web request carries (such as your IP address).

4. Local Notifications

The App offers an optional daily reminder notification ("New puzzle ready!"). This feature is opt-in only — nothing is scheduled until you enable it in Settings. Notifications are scheduled entirely on your device using the system alarm/notification service. No push service is used, no server is contacted, and no data leaves your device in connection with this feature. You can disable notifications at any time via Settings.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under the applicable age of consent in your jurisdiction). We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws:

  • We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13
  • No social, chat, or user-generated content features are included in the App

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us using the details below, and we will promptly delete it.

6. Advertising and Your Choices

You can control how ads work in several ways:

  • Consent (EEA/UK/Switzerland): When first shown the consent form, choose your preferences. Change them later via Settings → Ad Privacy Options. The same form controls gameplay analytics
  • Device settings: Limit ad personalization — Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising
  • You can also reset your Advertising ID at any time in your device settings

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the third-party services listed in Section 3, solely to enable App functionality (ad delivery, remote configuration and gameplay analytics). Information may also be disclosed:

  • When required by law (court orders, legal process, government requests)
  • To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users or the public

8. Data Security

Your gameplay progress and settings are stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers or databases that hold your data. While no method of electronic storage is completely secure, we take reasonable measures to ensure the App does not expose information unnecessarily.

9. Data Retention

  • Local data: Retained on your device until you uninstall the App or clear app data
  • Advertising data: Retained by Google AdMob according to Google's data retention policies
  • Gameplay analytics: Event data is kept by Google Analytics for no longer than 14 months, then deleted

10. Your Rights

10.1 Rights Under GDPR (European Users)

If you are located in the EEA, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the following rights:

  • Right to access: Request a copy of any personal data held about you
  • Right to rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Right to erasure: Request deletion of your personal data
  • Right to restrict processing: Request limitation of how your data is used
  • Right to object: Object to certain types of processing
  • Right to data portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format
  • Right to withdraw consent: You can withdraw consent for ad personalisation at any time via Settings → Ad Privacy Options. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal
  • Right to lodge a complaint: Contact your local data protection authority

Because nearly all data stays on your device, you can exercise most of these rights by adjusting device settings, changing consent preferences in the App, or uninstalling.

10.2 Rights Under CCPA (California Users)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information is collected, used, and disclosed
  • Request deletion of your personal information
  • Opt out of the sale of personal information (note: we do not sell personal information)
  • Non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights

10.3 How to Exercise Your Rights

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information in Section 13. We will respond within 30 days (or as required by applicable law).

11. International Data Transfers

Information processed by our third-party service providers (Google) may be transferred to countries other than your country of residence, including the United States, where data protection laws may differ. By using the App, you consent to such transfers. Google maintains appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:

  • Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy
  • Notify you through the App or other appropriate means

Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.

14. Consent

By using Ball Sort Puzzle, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Tootwick’s own privacy page

Beladiya Technologies · Effective 29 October 2026

This policy explains what the Tootwick game (Android package com.beladiyatechnologies.buspuzzle) does with information about you. The short version: your game stays on your phone, ads come from Google AdMob, and a few gameplay statistics help us tune the puzzles.

Your levels, coins, passenger tally, helpers and settings are saved on this device only.

Sharing your Daily result

If you tap Share my Daily, the game hands a short text (the date, your taps and whether it was a clean run) to your phone's share sheet. It goes only where you choose to send it; the game itself uploads nothing.
